たべもの【食べ物】

●何か温かい[冷たい]食べ物 something hot [cold] to eat

●食べ物が傷む[腐る] a food item is bruised [rots, goes off]

・食べ物がいい[悪い] 〔栄養が〕 〈人が主語〉 be well [ill] nourished; 〔寮などが〕 have good [bad] food

・食べ物が足りない be underfed; be short of food

・食べ物がなくなる food runs out

・食べ物が偏っている one's diet is unbalanced; 〈人が主語〉 have an unbalanced diet
